The Pennsylvania Department of State’s Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs announced a delay for Pennsylvania real estate license renewals and continuing education requirements. The deadline for renewals and continuing education will now be Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020
As stated on pa.gov, “Under the State Real Estate Commission, renewal deadlines for all license types will be extended from May 31, 2020, to Aug. 29, 2020.” Read the full text here: Pennsylvania Extends License Renewal Deadlines
This allows for those in need of continuing education hours to delay their classes throughout that time. Polley Associates has added continuing education classes for June, and we will continue to add additional classes for July and August over the next few weeks.
