At Least, Ask. At Best, Ask Open-Ended Questions

You ask clients what they want. Did you ask what they needed? Or why they needed it? Don’t assume they want three bedrooms for family members and guests. Ask, instead. You may learn they needed one bedroom for an office; another, a workout center! Avoid yes-or-no answers. Ask open-ended questions so clients can talk and dream big! You’ll market faster and close more quickly by matching their answers to selected listings which meet their specific needs.
