Accredited Buyer Representation
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation is intended for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. Those interested in earning the designation receive 1) education that elevates their home-buyer skills and knowledge; 2) specialized information on issues and trends that enhances successful home buyer representation; and 3) access to marketing tools and resources that provide an additional competitive edge.
The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) is the largest of the National Association of REALTORS’ institutes, societies, and councils. It also is the accrediting entity for the ABR designation.

Real Estate Negotiations Expert
The Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) Certification Course is an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game! The course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client.
RENE also includes a variety real-world negotiations to help students apply the power tools, techniques and tactics learned in the course. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice. The exercises and field simulations provide the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their clients.

Seller Representative Specialist
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is intended for real estate agents whose primary focus is seller agency: working with clients interested in selling property they own. Those interested in earning the designation receive 1) education that emphasizes the use of Seller Counseling Sessions to uncover and recognize client-specific needs; 2) provides manual and electronic marketing methods to promote properties to the widest range of prospective purchasers; and 3) teaches negotiation skills critical to a successful transaction and the best possible outcome of a sale.

Senior Real Estate Specialist
The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation is presented to members of the National Association of REALTORS who are specifically qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50 and older. Those interested in earning the designation receive education that supplies necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions that involve in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. They are prepared to offer options and information needed in helping clients make life-changing decisions.
The SRES Council, which is administered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS, is the accrediting entity for the SRES designation.
