This course is approved for 7 Hours of PA Appraisal Re-certification.

This is the 2024-2025 7-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course, as developed by The Appraisal Foundation.

It is unique in that the course is developed by The Appraisal Foundation and is revised on a periodic basis to stay current with the latest edition of USPAP.

This course is required for license renewal for 2025.
