“Property Management Fundamentals” is a continuing education course that introduces licensees to the basics of managing residential rental property, so licensees can recognize when property management activity requires a license, as well as operate within the law at all times.

The course reviews core landlord-tenant requirements, including security deposit handling, notice obligations, and the state’s eviction framework, giving licensees the foundation they need to advise clients responsibly.

Lastly, students apply these concepts to short case studies, reinforcing best practices and common compliance pitfalls to avoid in day-to-day property management work.
