Licensees must use best practices and safeguards to protect consumers and clients personal property, real property, financial interests, and confidential information. By utilizing care and properly adhering to their fiduciary duties, licensees can ensure the consumer’s protection.

This course will review the legal and fiduciary duties of licensees to consumers and clients, identify risk points and ways to prevent or mitigate those risks, review cases adjudicated on these matters, and discuss best practices to keep consumers safe.
