Residential Module (7 Hours Required CE for First Time Renewals; Elective CE for NON-First Time Renewals)

The Residential Module offers agents ways to handle almost anything they're likely to encounter in residential sales. It delves into the uniform construction code and zoning, land development, real estate environmental issues, home inspections and home warranties, mortgage information, fair housing, and agreements of sale.

Registrations for all Live-Stream continuing education courses close at 2:00 p.m. the day prior to the course, or when full, whichever is sooner.

If you are completing your continuing education for the first time, you must take either the Residential OR Commercial Modules (REQUIRED).
If you have done continuing education in a previous cycle for renewal, this class is Elective CE hours.
