Focus on Standard Forms (7 Hours)

This continuing education course covers forms created and used by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® in order to promote proper licensee use that will increase licensees’ ability to advise and represent clients while using these forms. In addition, the course will help licensees develop skills for review of forms with clients. Time will be dedicated to some of the most commonly used forms, such as the Consumer Notice, Standard Agreement of Sale, Seller’s Property Disclosure, Exclusive Listing Agreement, Buyer Agency Contract. Addendums to contracts will be explored to promote appropriate use and explore language within.

Other varying standardized forms will be explored, based on current updates, newly released forms, and forms that increase in visibility due to current events or situations.
