Commercial Real Estate Brokerage (30 Hours)

This course will allow the student to gain knowledge and an understanding of such important topics as Principles of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Leases, and Environmental Regulations to name a few. The student will also be able to identify such things the purpose of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSFDA), as well as the ability to explain the purpose of the Brownfield Economic Redevelopment Initiative.

This 30-hour online course is authorized by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission for 2 credits towards broker's license requirements. Depending on Commission requirements issued during any renewal cycle, it has the potential to fulfill up to 14 hours of mandatory continuing education for salesperson's or broker's license renewal.
