Commercial Module (7 Hours Required CE for First Time Renewals; Elective CE for NON-First Time Renewals)

The Commercial Module focuses on developing professional business strategies that will both maximize professional development and ensure that the consumer is protected in accordance with current law; identifing the most common areas of legal and/or disciplinary actions involving licensees providing services to consumers; explaining (without practicing law) key elements and essentials of various contracts and other documents utilized by licensees in various transactions; recognizing and having familiarity with current legal issues affecting real estate practice (environmental, land use, etc.).

If you are completing your continuing education for the first time, you must take either the Residential OR Commercial Modules (REQUIRED).
If you have done continuing education in a previous cycle for renewal, this class is Elective CE hours.
