If you have a real estate sales or brokers license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey you will want to a take advantage our Dual-State CE packages. Instead of taking 26 hours of CE class; you’ll be able to save time by taking classes approved in both states.
Buying a package will save you from worrying if you have done the correct classes as we tailor the packages to meet all state mandated requirements in both PA and NJ. Depending on the package you choose, you may be able to complete both states requirements in only 16 hours. This will save you 10 hours of time. We offer the classes in three different class formats.
The Polley PA/NJ Dual state CE packages are not for new agents in Pennsylvania. New agents in PA taking their CE for the first time must take the General Module and the Residential Module which covers 14 hours of Pennsylvania law. PA first time CE classes can be found here. Dual state PA/NJ packages are for all salespersons and brokers who have already completed the General Module and Residential Module already in the past.

PA & NJ State approved Classroom courses are held at Polley campus locations. Our instructors are knowledgeable, know how to entertain, and they work in the business. Our courses are designed to help you understand important legal and financial concepts in Appraisal.
They also guide you through real-life problems and situations almost every licensee will encounter, and describe how to deal with them. That’s kind of knowledge that makes you more valuable to your clients.
Livestream (Instructor-led via Zoom)
Polley has brought our live classroom courses onto Zoom. The same PA/NJ approved classes we provide in the classroom now can be taken from a location convenient to you.
You’ll have a live instructor presenting the course, just as in a classroom setting, who can answer questions and create a real classroom experience for students in a virtual room. All Polley live-streaming courses have an
instructor and a Polley Associates co-host. The co-host is available to students who may encounter a technical support problem.
You’ll attend via Zoom from wherever you can use a computing device, desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video and audio. You’ll see, hear and interact with a Polley instructor. You’ll see and hear other learners too.
Classroom Courses
Online Self-paced classes are PA/NJ approved courses you can start and complete at your own pace – you set the schedule! You’ll read slides, look at charts and graphs, watch videos of our own Polley instructors and take quizzes throughout to check your learning progress.
Progress saves as you work, so you can log on and off at your own schedule. You can revisit already completed content to continue studying anytime during your course access period. Tech support is available to help students with any difficulty they may encounter, and you can click here to learn more about supported platforms.
