We recommend students choose an appraisal continuing education package to receive a discounted rate. Packages are approved for all 28 hours of PA Appraisal CE credit and meet all the mandatory requirements for your appraisal recertification.
If you have a real estate license, we also offer packages that will fulfill your Appraisal AND Real Estate continuing education, including this cycle’s mandatory topic CE course, “Broker Supervisory Duties, Policies & Risk Management.” (Real Estate Continuing Education requirements must be completed before May 31, 2024.)
Our packages are approved for Pennsylvania certified general appraisers, Pennsylvania certified residential appraisers, Pennsylvania broker-appraisers, and Pennsylvania licensed appraisal trainees.
Polley Associates offers two types of class formats to complete your appraisal CE education.
Classroom Courses – Appraisal classroom courses are held at Polley locations state-wide. Our instructors are knowledgeable, know how to entertain, and they work in the business. Our courses are designed to help you understand important concepts in Appraisal. Enjoy a day with your colleagues in person!
Livestream (Instructor-led via Zoom) Polley has brought our live classroom courses onto Zoom. The same state approved classes we provide in the classroom now can be taken from a location convenient to you. You’ll have a live instructor presenting the course, just as in a classroom setting, who can answer questions and create a real classroom experience for students in a virtual room. All Polley live-streaming courses have an instructor and a Polley Associates co-host. The co-host is available to students who may encounter a technical support problem and tracks attendance to ensure you get the credit you need.

You’ll attend via Zoom from wherever you can use a computing device, desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video and audio. You’ll see, hear and interact with a Polley instructor. You’ll see and hear other learners too.
